We can not explain about Japanese traditional fireworks technology without these single launched Warimono(round) shell. Above all, Shakudama(twelve inches across shell) is most typical. Poka-mono is more or less braaking powder than Warimono, Not made so large size(over 6 inches) shell usually. It possible to look as "Jetting Comet" or "Bee and bees" frequently.

Most traditional and basic type of Japanese round shell. Chrysanthemum star has charcoal layer at outer side of it.
Warimono/Peony
A structure of peoney as same as chrysanthemum. A difference of them is star. Peony use "peony star with no trace".
Warimono(chrysanthemum)/Shell with pistil
It has one pistil inside of petal.

It has two pistils inside of petal.
